Cancellation Policy

1.Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations will not be accepted once the product is out for delivery.

2.For bulk or custom food orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.

Refund Policy

1.We follow a partial refund policy for eligible cases. Refunds will be provided only under the following circumstances:

Shipping Policy

1.We currently offer local delivery services across Hyderabad. All confirmed orders will be delivered within 30 minutes from the time of order confirmation.

2.Delivery charges will be applicable as per your location and will be reflected at checkout. Orders once dispatched cannot be modified or redirected.

3.For bulk or custom foods, we advise booking at least 24 hours in advance.
